Requirements of Membership
CREW-Los Angeles understands the importance of adherence to both Local and National Guidelines to ensure the membership continues to reflect the established and well-earned reputation of a highly-respected organization within the real estate industry. Existing membership represents a wide variety of disciplines within commercial real estate. CREW-Los Angeles offers diverse Membership Levels, as indicated below. Candidates are reviewed and approved monthly by the CREW-LA Board of Directors.

Full Active Member: $315.00
Associate Member: $285.00
Candidate Member: $255.00
Vendor Member: $1,000.00
Retired Member: $100.00
Student Member: $100.00
Dual Membership: $125.00

By Invitation Only - Membership Levels & Annual Dues

Civic/Media Member: $80.00
Custom Active: $175.00
Custom Inactive $265.00

Application requirements include two professional references and two CREW-Los Angeles member sponsors. Applicants are also required to attend two meetings within the previous two years, prior to being approved for membership.

Application Process
Candidates must complete a Membership Application form and submit it with payment of applicable dues. Applications are reviewed and approved monthly by the CREW-Los Angeles Board of Directors. Upon acceptance, members will be provided with an orientation package providing more information on the benefits of CREW-Los Angeles.

To join CREW:
A.	Email us to let us know you've begun the application process
B.	Submit the CREW-LA online Membership Application form
C.	Submit the Annual Dues (which will be held, pending acceptance)
D.	Submit the CREW Network Application

A.	Click HERE to email us that you are beginning the application process. We'll keep in touch, and track the progress of your application.

B.	To submit the online Membership Application form:
	1.	click HERE to open the form
	2.	enter your information on the form
	3.	when the form is complete, click the "Submit by Email" button, to send the form to the CREW-LA Membership Committee or you can save the form to your computer, and send it as an attachment as you normally would or you can click the "Print Form" button, and mail the form to the address at the bottom of the form
	4.	if you like, you can save the form to your computer

C.	To submit the Annual Dues:
	1.	To pay online, please use our secure payment option at RegOnline Your payment will remain pending until accepted as a member
	or
	2.	To pay by check, make the check payable to CREW-Los Angeles, and mail to CREW-LA, c/o DeborahAnn Marshall, PO Box 12155, La Crescenta, CA 91224

D.	To submit the CREW Network application:
	1.	click HERE to open the form
	2.	enter your information on the form

The Membership Committee is available to assist you with your application, including introductions to current members. Dues paid to CREW-Los Angeles are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible business expenses.
