Requirements
|
Application requires a minimum of three of the past five years' experience in commercial real estate. If you do not meet this criterion, an associate level membership is available and offers all of the educational and networking benefits of a full membership. An associate level member is not permitted to vote in annual elections or serve on the Board of Directors.
Application requirements include two professional references and two CREW-Los Angeles member sponsors. Applicants are also required to attend two meetings within the previous two years, prior to being approved for membership. Annual dues of $315.00 are payable with the application.
The Membership Committee is available to assist you with your application, including introductions to current members. Dues paid to CREW-Los Angeles are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible business expenses. |
