Juliana Stamato (“Julie”) currently serves as Co-Vice President on the Board of Directors of CREW-LA. She is Co-Chair of the Programs Committee, which is charged with featuring speakers at the monthly luncheons hosted by CREW-LA. Julie joined CREW to build professional relationships and friendships with women in the commercial real estate industry.
Julie is a real estate transactional attorney with the law firm of Theodora Oringher. With more than 27 years of real estate experience, she has represented a range of players in the real estate industry, including investors, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants. She handles real estate financings and loan workouts, leases and lease workouts, purchases and sales and development.
She views her role as the client’s business and legal advisor who structures transactions and formulates strategy for accomplishing client objectives. Her strength is in finding cost-effective solutions for her clients. She particularly enjoys managing transactions involving multiple parties and complex issues, and bringing all parties to a successful closing or resolution. She is proud to have participated in several transactions involving four time zones.
Julie is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. She has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer each year from 2005 to the present, and in 2009 she was included in the list of Top 50 Women Attorneys, all as published in Southern California Super Lawyer Magazine and Los Angeles Magazine.
Julie earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. At Loyola, she was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society (Equivalent to Order of the Coif), and served as Ninth Circuit Co-Editor of the Loyola Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College.
Julie enjoys traveling, reading, biking, hiking and entertaining. She has two children, both of whom attend college. |
