Nurit has held her California salespersons license since 1987 and her brokers
license since 2001.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Previously, Nurit handled new home sales and business development for builders
in Los Angeles area. She also has served as a residential realtor in the San
Fernando Valley and was involved in as a property manager of more than 50
buildings, including single family, multi family, commercial retail and office
properties.
Since 1996, Nurit has worked for a family-run business where she was involved in
the acquisition and disposition of appx. 200,000 sf of commercial and residential
real estate. While there she also was involved in the construction of several
owner/user projects, including an office building, a restaurant and a 21,000 square
foot estate home for her family. Nurit also was involved in the disposition of
several multi-family buildings including an 18,000 sf mixed-use office/retail property
in Malibu. |
