A 20-year veteran of AIR, having joined the company in 1990 as Controller, Joy De La Cruz was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Association. In addition to overseeing management of all of the AIR's accounting functions, cash management, management of personnel and human resources, Joy is also responsible for all aspects of the Association's widely-accepted standard contracts and forms, as well as all of the organization's popular events. 

 In those capacities, Joy has been instrumental in the expansion of AIR's "Broker Networking Events", which are credited with helping expand membership in the Association while closely connecting it with the membership. Her oversight has also been central to the dramatic growth of AIR's annual "Market Review and Forecast" event which consistently attracts capacity crowds and is regarded as a premier industry event.
  
Joy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in her native Philippines.
