Mr. Yarbro, Vice President, NEBO Capital, Inc. He is a licensed, lending specialist, focused on commercial loan origination. Responsibilities include qualifying client’s requirements, analyzing financial qualifications, determining appropriate lenders and loan programs, negotiating rate and terms, coordination of processing, appraisal, underwriting, document preparation and closing. His primary focus is on commercial loan originations here in California and nationally.
Mr. Yarbro previously was the managing officer for The New Leaders, a 501 © (3) non-profit community organization committed to leadership development and empowerment. There, he was responsible for coordinating a fundraising program to meet a $200,000 annual budget. He was also responsible for implementing general policies and procedures of the organization as determined by the Board of Directors.
Mr. Yarbro first came to California from New York in 1992 to work for the Resolution Trust Corporation during the early 90’s savings and loan workout. During that time he was responsible for the disposition of commercial real estate assets recovered from failed savings and loan institutions. He negotiated the sale of properties with an appraised value in excess of $100,000,000. including managing the sale of the Guardian Center office complex in Huntington Beach. The sale was achieved through a Sealed Bid offering and involved the assignment of a $19,000,000 existing mortgage. This was the largest commercial sale in Orange County in 1992.
Mr. Yarbro began his real estate career as a commercial real estate broker at New York at CB Richard Ellis. He successfully represented tenants and landlords in leasing commercial office space primarily in the Wall Street area of Manhattan, negotiating lease transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $50,000,000.
Mr. Yarbro attended Western Connecticut State University and received a B.A. with a concentration in Social Welfare.
