Ms. Schneider is responsible for the overall operations of the Southern California Capital Markets Group as Director of Operations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Schneider spent five years leading the operations of CBRE Investment Properties - National Capital Markets Group, two years at CBRE Investors raising capital and most recently with Buchanan Street Partners sourcing and structuring debt and equity solutions for institutional investors and developers.
Ms. Schneider brings over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate - capital markets sector. She is a member of the following real estate related organizations: NAIOP, ICSC, LAMA, LACRA, REIAC and personally CAN (Cure Autism Now) in conjunction with Autism Speaks.
