CBR Boeing Realty CompanyAs a founding member and the first President NYCREW (New York Commercial Real Estate Women), Ms. Pauley looks forward to serving as the National delegate to CREW LA. She was an active member of CREW LA from 1986 until her move to NYC in 1991 and has been a member since her return to LA in 2002.
Ms. Pauley has substantial experience representing various types of ownership, both as an in-house leasing agent and as a third-party agency services representative in NYC and LA. Currently, she is on assignment with a Fortune 30 corporate account in Long Beach. In these positions she has provided value added services to the corporate client, agency leasing teams and to ownership and management in the form of: transaction management, leasing, marketing, asset management, financial oversight, construction management interface, project leadership and relationship management.
During her ten years in New York City, Ms. Pauley worked on over 15 million square feet of properties in the Tri-State Area (Manhattan, Connecticut and New Jersey) ranging from 140,000 to 2.3 million square feet. She enjoyed her time in NYC working for Cushman & Wakefield, Heitman Properties and Edward S. Gordon Company. In the June 7, 2000 issue of Real Estate Weekly, she was included among 100 Women Real Estate Leaders for the 21st Century. Prior founding NYCREW, she was actively involved with the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) as a Board Member, serving as Secretary. Ms. Pauley also served as Luncheon Chair and participated on the Membership and Sponsorship Committees of AREW. In addition, she served on the Board of the Pearl Theatre and was Co-chair of Special Events.
Prior to moving to New York City, she resigned her job at JMB, bought an around-the-world ticket and headed west for almost one year. While at JMB, Ms. Pauley received an outstanding achievement award for being one of the top-leasing agents in the Western Region. She started in real estate as a tenant representative with the Charles Dunn Company and was recognized as having met, and exceeded, her first year’s goals. Ms. Pauley received a BA in Design from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a graduate of Leadership Los Angeles. |
