Ms. Evanson, Vice President of Real Estate, has been the Portfolio Manager for Lexington Commercial Holdings, Inc. since 2002. She manages a $500M real estate portfolio; and her responsibilities include acquisitions, dispositions, financing and management for private equity. The portfolio includes mixed-use, industrial, office, residential and retail assets.
Ms. Evanson previously managed a portfolio of five commercial buildings for Rosenberg Hood Ventures in San Francisco, California. In this position, she managed a mixture of ground-up construction, redevelopment, and rehabilitation projects from the entitlement phase to tenant occupancy. She also served as asset manager. While in the Bay Area, Ms. Evanson held the Programs Chair position with CREW-SF.
Prior to Rosenberg Hood Ventures, Ms. Evanson spent three and half years at Ernst & Young, LLP in the real estate practice as a Senior Real Estate Consultant and Auditor. In this position, she gained experience in performing appraisals for single tenant, ground lease, and office properties. Ms. Evanson also spent two years as Assistant Property Manager for HeathDan Properties where she was responsible for property management and vendor services.
Ms. Evanson received a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA, CMA and real estate broker. She is a current member of the California Accounting and Management Society, 2006 President Elect and 2007 President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) - Los Angeles Chapter.
