Constance Couvillon has more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience in the real estate industry. As Principal of MTI Consulting Group, she has implemented, managed and maintained financial infrastructure for entrepreneurial companies; and city planning, public works, and building permit departments. Ms. Couvillon has experience managing the financial aspects for a range of real estate projects including, custom residential, multi-family, retail, land development projects, and property management in the United States and Canada. Additionally, she has in-depth knowledge of accounting and financial software systems specific to the real estate industry.
A licensed real estate salesperson in California, Ms. Couvillon is on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women of Los Angeles (CREW-LA) and serves as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. She is also a member of Institute of Management Accounts (IMA).
Ms. Couvillon obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
